Our governance framework reflects integrity, compliance, and accountability. We maintain transparent decision-making across our leadership team and advisory board.
We uphold corporate ethics standards compliant with Nigeria’s Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA), African Union Anti-Corruption Framework, and international governance codes. Board charters, shareholder updates, and investor documents are available upon request.
Whistleblower Policy / Ethics Reporting
OrgByte encourages employees, partners, and the public to report unethical behavior, fraud, abuse, discrimination, or misconduct in a secure and anonymous manner.
Our whistleblower framework complies with Nigeria’s Whistleblower Protection Act, Africa’s AU Convention on Preventing Corruption, and international ethics protocols.

Sustainability & Environmental Impact Statement
OrgByte is dedicated to sustainable technology development. We prioritize energy-efficient infrastructure, eco-conscious design, and server architecture that reduces carbon emissions.
We aim to align with global sustainability targets (UN SDGs), explore partnerships with green data centers, and encourage remote-first operations to reduce our environmental footprint.
We are actively measuring our emissions and will publish an annual sustainability report from 2026.

OrgByte adheres to global and regional data privacy laws including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA – U.S).
